    Read this if you love history and romance
    I wouldn’t put this book in the category of a literary masterpiece, but I thoroughly enjoyed this read.

  4. One Of My Favorite Historical Novels and an Unputdownable Read!
    First published over 50 years ago, Anya Seton’s wonderful work of historical fiction, “Katherine,” is one of my favorite books.

    I had heard a lot of great things about this novel, which is about the famous medieval romance between Katherine Swynford and John of Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster.

    I loved this book. Some historical fiction is too dry and boring or too much like a cheesy romance novel. This one kept my attention until the end, I couldn’t put it down.

    I first read this book in my teens and loved every aspect of it and it has remained far and away my favorite book.
